Your mechanical side kills this piece. You were definitely on the right track with the natural side, and then it feels like you just copped out on the mechanical side. I kind of get that they are mechanical monitors, which is fine, but just lined up in grids like that hinders your piece quite a bit.

If you rework the right side you could have a really neat piece here, just remember the color scheme.

I know that we talked about using monitors as the mechanical side, but this isn’t working. Conceptually, all I see are your personal snap-shots (I’m having a hard time looking past them).
First I need for you to adjust your palette to complements (panel 1 should be one color, panel 2 should be the other, and panel 3 should be the complement palette).
Next, I need for you to take more photos of different monitors (or the same monitor at different angles). Begin to build your composition so that the monitors are positioned in three dimensional space (matching or reflective of panel 1)
Maybe instead of personal snap-shots, you use images of nature on the monitors? Think about your concept (or write something to let us know where you were going with this).
