These are my two new character designs the first one is obviously very different from the original bad guy but i thought that it gave a lot better of an affect. The second i wast really sure how to change to give him more of a heroic look.
I have to honest and upfront with this post: I am concerned that what you are visualizing in your head is not matching the craft of drawing. You are relying on other folks' visual short-hand tricks (the "claw" hand silhouette). I don't believe that this project is serving your craft-building skills properly. One future class that you absolutely need to take is Dwayne's Character Design class (only offered in the fall semesters). It's all about drawing, building confidence, and really understanding the art of character design. We need to talk asap--e-mail me, find me, but we need to talk.
